Dear Friends, Fondation “For intelligent-growth” has the pleasure to invite you to the opening of our new art gallery with an exhibition of original painting "Notes of the Spirit" presented by the famous Bulgarian painter Kalin Balev.
Kalin is an established artist in the field of modern art. Born June 2, 1959 in Sofia.
In 1986 he graduated from the National Academy of Arts in Sofia. Since 1989 he has been a member of the UBA(United Bulgarian Artists).
Between 1989 and 1993 he specialized in graphic arts in Florence and in the "Rafaello" Academy in Urbino, Italy. During this period, he worked in the field of painting and graphic painting in Italy and France.
He participated in united art exhibitions in Bulgaria, the Biennale of Graphics in Varna, Art 87 in Basel, in group expositions in Switzerland, France, Russia, Japan, USA. It is presented at the Bizonte Gallery - Florence, Art-Dialogue Art Gallery and Art Actuelle, the Laal Gallery in Paris, the Ward-Nase Gallery in New York and galleries in Bulgaria. In 2011 he made two frescoes at Vris Hotel - Tsarevo.
Kalin has over 30 individual exhibitions, presented in Bulgaria, Italy, France, Lebanon, Syria, Romania and Greece.
The interesting technique of mixing, combining stones, sand, clams, ropes and mythological images and landscapes, makes every artist's work unique and unrepeatable.
The exhibition will be presented in the period from 29.11.2018 to 11.01.2019. The official opening on 29.11.2018 will be only with invitations. From 30.11.2018, all the guests can visit the gallery, view the works of Kalin Balev and immerse themselves in the atmosphere of his unique work.
